Return policy

You can request a refund at any time by writing to support@explormee.com. Once processed, the money will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Refunds are not applicable to all services.

Refunds are not applicable for Logo Consultation.
Refunds are not applicable for Tests.
A refund will only be provided for Personality Analysis (Video Analysis) if the analysis resonates with you less than 20% (accuracy).

Refund Period: You must request a refund within one day of receiving the analysis.

**Please note that the refund amount will not include any tax paid by you.
